Hello, and welcome to my stock account!

This is a stock account, meaning all the images found here are free to use for artistic purposes so long as you follow my rules. I will mostly be uploading equine stock, but you might find some other images in here depending on the kinds of things I come across.

Stock Rules

* Credit me - On DA credit me with a link to this account in the description. If using off DA then credit must be directly on the image and must be readable. If using off DA you still must upload the finished image on DA so that I can see it.

* Notify me - Send me a link to your finished image via comment on the stock image or my front page so that I can see your image and fav it.

* Be creative - Don't just add a filter or two and call it a day. Put some effort into your art and drastically change my stock. Using the stock as a reference is perfectly fine, too.

* Use discretion - Basically, if you think your finished image is going to need the mature content filter then it is not an appropriate use of my stock.

* Don't Redistribute - Don't upload my stock (as is) elsewhere, or under the photography category. Don't claim that you took these pictures, and don't claim that these horses belong to you. Also, don't use my stock to create other stock.

* Using off DA is fine - Uploading your finished image elsewhere is perfectly fine so long as the above rules are met. You must also upload the finished image to DA, however, and please let me know where else you plan on using the image.

* DA prints are allowed - But please let me know if you decide to make a print of your finished image. I don't require credit on the image if you're making a print, but don't forget to credit me in the print description.

* No commercial use - Aside from DA prints commercial use is not allowed.

I may alter these rules in the future. Feel free to note me with any questions you may have. If you want a speedier response you're best off contacting me on my main account (*jcspenny) because I don't always check this one.
